Jesmar Graphics offers free shipping on orders over $200 (some restrictions apply). Qualifying orders will ship via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Vienna, Virginia.

• Free shipping applies within the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories are excluded).
• Orders MUST be placed online (by phone or email orders do not qualify).

The free shipping option will automatically appear for qualifying orders upon checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and inclement weather days).

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00pm ET will ship the same day.
• Orders placed Monday through Friday after 3:00pm ET will ship the following business day.
• Orders placed Saturday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

*In some cases orders may require an extra business day to prepare and ship.

**Jesmar Graphics may condense your package to meet size and weight restrictions in order to expedite your order and keep shipping costs low. This may include smaller boxes, using less cores, etc. Contact us with any questions.

UPS Ground ($15)

• Delivery by the end of the day (Monday through Friday only). 

UPS 2nd Day Air

• Delivery by the end of the second business day (Monday through Friday only). Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

UPS Next Day Air Saver

• Commercial Destinations – Next business day (Monday through Friday only) delivery by 3:00pm – 4:30pm.
• Residential Destinations – Next business day (Monday through Friday only) delivery by end of day.

In-Store Pickup

If you’re close enough to our warehouse location, you can pick up your order.

• Orders can be placed online, by phone, email, and in-person.
• Allow 15-30 minutes to prep your order.
• No minimum order requirement.
• Pick up on Monday through Friday from 9:30am – 5:30pm ET.
• Pick up on Saturday from 10:00am – 5:00pm ET.
